COVID 19 Safety Plan

Your safety is important to us.
Here is what we are doing to minimize the risk of covid-19 transmissions:

• All programs will be offered in either an online video conferencing format, or in small in-person groups that are appropriately socially distanced.

• Employees, volunteers or visitors/clients will be refused entry exhibiting any COVID symptoms

• Physical distancing will be required for all office visits and in person programs.

• Appointments will be limited to one client or two family members from same household

• All appointments will be staggered to allow time to sanitize/disinfect all surfaces between appointments

• Should you enter the office when an appointment is in progress, you will be asked to return at a scheduled appointment time

• Please use the hand sanitizer upon entrance

• Non -medical masks will be provided for those who choose to wear one

• Bottled water will be provided as coffee & water station is closed for public use

• Cleaning precautions are in affect between visitors communal surface areas are wiped down with virus disinfectant

• If required, a disposable pens will be provided
